Mr. Kokoris personally interviews each candidate to determine the nature and level of sincerity regarding the candidate’s job search. We strive to separate the qualified and truly motivated candidate from the applicant with intentions inconsistent with the best interest of our hiring firm clientele. Mr. Kokoris strives to establish a personal connection with every candidate he meets, so that the conduct of each candidate is an extension of a personal relationship rather than an internet generated data hunt. Mr. Kokoris personally secures the consent of each candidate and hiring firm client before any identifying information is exchanged between candidate and hiring client. Juristech will work in cooperation with a select group of legal search firms and professional researchers to optimize the placement of a candidate or to identify the most suitable candidate for a hiring client when such a need is required. The registered patent professional market is a national market which requires research capacity embracing the U.S. market. In 1997, we broadened our scope to include general practice attorneys in the most popular practice areas- and utilized our experience in making national patent placements to the general attorney market.
